01. Do you have permanent stock of all products?
At Ejidozone we have cataloged more than 1,300 references, of which a high percentage are constantly available. If the item you need is not immediately available at the time you place your order, you will be informed at the time of the delivery time with a realistic and reliable time frame.
02. What is the delivery time for an item you have in stock?
It will depend on whether it is an already finished article – which is usually normal – or if it has to be finished off (in the case of cardboard baskets, which is in need of assembly and gluing).
The normal thing is that it can be delivered on the same day that the order is placed – if it is a local delivery in which we deliver with our own transport – or in 48/72 hours to the rest of Spain.
We also offer the possibility for the client to collect the merchandise at our Almería plant or at any of our distribution centers.
03. Can I personalize an item by printing my brand?
Virtually all of our items are customizable. At the time you consult us, you will be informed of the different printing possibilities in each case.
04. Do you have products certified under the FSC® seal for controlled forest felling?
Yes, EjidoZone is certified as an FSC® company. In addition, all our manufacturers also have this certification.
05. Does EjidoZone have direct contact with the different European chains to develop and/or approve packaging for its different brands?
Yes, in fact we take care of the validation process of printing designs and dies with the different chains or purchasing centers, thus making this work easier for exporters.
